Nuestro proyecto aborda un tema cada vez más presente en la Formación Profesional: el síndrome de burnout en el profesorado de FP y su prevención, un problema que afecta a la salud de quienes son uno de los pilares de la educación, los docentes, y que repercute también en el alumnado. Para ello, investigaremos este síndrome y propondremos soluciones concretas que ayuden a prevenirlo. Estamos deseando compartir todos nuestros avances y contribuir a mejorar el bienestar del colectivo de FP de toda Europa. Se trata de un proyecto cofinanciado por la Unión Europea y respaldado por profesionales y expertos del sector. We are thrilled to announce that on October 23rd we will be on the island of Crete (Greece), where the first activity of our project will take place: a meeting we have been looking forward to, where we will join our Greek and Italian partners. Our project addresses a topic that is increasingly relevant in Vocational Education and Training (VET): burnout syndrome among VET teachers and its prevention. This issue affects the health of teachers, who are one of the pillars of education, and it also impacts students. To this end, we will research this syndrome and propose concrete solutions to help prevent it. We are eager to share all our progress and contribute to the well-being of the VET community across Europe.
